Villa Mtashi hotel terms & conditions
These conditions set out the terms for reservations and stays at Villa Mtashi in Bakuriani.
1. Application
All enquiries, quotations, reservations, and services rendered by Villa Mtashi are subject to these Conditions. Any person requesting a booking or using the hotel’s services is deemed to have the authority to accept these Conditions on behalf of all guests included in the reservation (“the Guest”).
2. Services Provided
Villa Mtashi provides accommodation, hospitality, and related hotel services. The Company does not provide travel-agency services, transportation bookings, air tickets, or any services unrelated to hotel operations.
3. Booking, Deposit & Payment
Reservations are confirmed only once written confirmation is received and the required deposit is paid. A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation amount is required to secure the booking. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at 5% above the prime lending rate.
4. Prices & Rates
Rates may fluctuate due to exchange rates, operational costs, or statutory changes until full payment is received. Once full payment is made, the price is guaranteed.
5. Guest Responsibility
The Guest is responsible for providing accurate personal information, complying with house rules, and settling all outstanding charges prior to departure.
6. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is from 14:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges.
7. Cancellation Policy
More than 8 weeks before arrival: 25% cancellation fee. 8 weeks or less before arrival: 100% cancellation fee. No refunds are provided for no-shows or early departures.
8. Liability, Responsibility & Indemnity
Villa Mtashi takes reasonable steps to ensure guest safety; however, the Company is not liable for loss, theft, injury, illness, or damages except in cases of proven negligence.
9. Health, Safety & House Rules
Guests must comply with fire safety, security instructions, no-smoking regulations, and respectful noise levels. Non-compliance may result in eviction without refund.
10. Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. Costs for repairs or replacement will be charged to the Guest.
11. Force Majeure
Villa Mtashi may cancel or suspend services due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, war, government regulations, or pandemics. Recoverable amounts will be refunded minus a 5% administration fee.
12. Privacy & Confidentiality
Guest information will be treated confidentially and only disclosed when required by law or necessary to provide services.
13. Special Requests
Special requests must be submitted in writing. While Villa Mtashi attempts to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute will first attempt amicable resolution; failing which mediation and arbitration may follow under Georgian law.
15. Governing Law
These Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia, and legal proceedings shall fall under Georgian court jurisdiction.
16. Entire Agreement
These Conditions constitute the full agreement between the Guest and JSC Stradix Properties regarding the stay at Villa Mtashi.
